Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on BMS equipment.
- Diagnose and fix hardware and software faults.
- Modify software strategies and graphic user interfaces.
- Support clients with technical help and routine checks.
- Complete service reports and keep site documentation up to date.
- Be health and safety conscious at all times, filling in risk assessments and wearing any relevant PPE.
- Liaise with building occupants to understand their needs and issues, balancing these requirements with the need for energy cost savings and reductions in environmental emissions
Requirements
- Proven experience working on Building Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Trend, Cylon ABB, or Niagara Tridium platforms.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and electrical controls.
- Valid UK driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
