Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Princeton (Local Travel Required)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $13.00 per hour

Job Description:
People Plus is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves performing general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple property locations. Ideal candidates should be comfortable traveling locally and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain toilets and plumbing fixtures
• Replace or adjust window blinds
• Patch and repair minor wall damage (e.g., holes, scuffs)
• Repair or replace damaged flooring
• Complete other basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Travel between properties during work hours (transportation required)

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks
• Ability to use common hand tools and repair materials
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $13.00 per hour
