Building Maintenance Technician (Casual)
Solutions IE Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our new TOL Property Services team in South East Queensland.
This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter, builder or maintenance tradesperson looking for flexible work. We are currently offering one regular day per week, with the opportunity for additional days as our maintenance division continues to grow.
You will complete pre-scheduled maintenance and safety rectification works across residential strata and commercial properties - no chasing clients or quoting work.
Typical duties include:
Installing handrails and anti-slip products
Minor carpentry and building repairs
Hazard highlighting and safety improvements
General property maintenance
Completing make-safe works identified in our Safety Reports
Providing professional customer service on site
About You
Experience in building maintenance, carpentry or a similar trade
Able to work independently and produce quality workmanship
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Current driver's licence
Safety-focused with pride in your work
