New buildings in our client’s portfolio Shift/Hours: Mon-Fri (7/8-4/5), rotating on call Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 (full benefits, time off, etc.) - may include 5-10% annual bonus Must-Haves 10+ years of experience in heavy commercial environments High rise building engineering experience Hands on with electrical, plumbing, HVAC Rooftop units, VAVs, chiller, coolers, basement electrical equipment as well Plusses Any certifications Day to Day This building is a large multi-building medical center in downtown Boston All of the buildings are attached by the 3rd floor indoors In charge of likely just one building that is 14 stories Heavy commercial work Preventative maintenance on large HVAC systems Need electrical and mechanical knowledge, however you will be calling in experts via outside vendors as well Responding to work orders that are all maintenance focused, but then you will call vendors for more specialized stuff!
