Job Description

The role is based in Wetherill Park, New South Wales.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead development of new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary State point of contact for Service Sales and contract-related matters.
  • Drive contract profitability by ensuring service scopes are appropriately defined, priced, and managed.
  • Oversee customer accounts, including contract negotiations, renewals, upselling, and scope expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards, market trends, products, and service offerings.
  • Manage State-based contracts and support National Account contracts operating within your region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer contractual requirements.
  • Monitor and manage customer KPI requirements, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Forecast customer requirements and identify future growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Projects, Equipment Sales, Service Managers, and other internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Promote a strong \"One Team\" culture by working effectively across State and National teams.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Experience within the service, building, maintenance, or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of service-based businesses and maintenance processes.
  • Proven portfolio management and sales experience.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand products and service solutions.
  • Knowledge of relevant WHS legislation and industry requirements.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience using TSM or similar systems will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach with the ability to build long‑term relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
