Brunch Manager

Lucky Duck, a riverside tavern with views of the Delaware River & Ben Franklin bridge is expanding its BOH management team as it gets ready for brunch service. The food menu will showcase American bistro brunch dishes. From fresh pastas to tavern inspired plates, worldy influence shines through these dishes. Brunch service will be on Saturdays and Sundays from 10a-2pm to start. We are looking for a Brunch Lead. This is someone who is willing to manage the brunch team alongside the Chef de Cuisine, Director of BOH Operations and Kitchen Manager. The primary role of this person will be Brunch Expo however they will have to be able to hop on the line if need be and manage brunch prep. This role can be supplemented with part time shifts for dinner service throughout the week. Lucky Duck hopes to open for lunch soon in which case the Brunch Lead can also manage lunch service.
