Ensure all compliance processes are understood and followed. Deliver an incredible level of customer experience to our broker partners. Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information and maintain customer records in line with company and manufacturer standards.

Ensure service level agreements are adhered to at all times. Proactively promote specific vehicles and campaigns as directed by the Head of Fleet. Understand the vehicle and deal offer for brands you are responsible for.

Utilise and be competent using all funder platforms as directed by the Head of Fleet. Proactively manage a renewal process for existing customers to maximise retention. Qualifications Sales experience preferably in the automotive sector.

Experience using multiple I.T. systems. Experience interacting with internal and external customers and delivering exceptional customer service. Highly organised with great attention to detail.
