🚀 We're Hiring: Account Manager & Brand Strategist ( Immediate Joiner )
Prabhadevi, Mumbai | Full-Time | 4–6+ Years Experience
Clickkerspot Media is looking for a strategic and client-focused professional who can own the client journey - from discovery and strategy to execution and long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business, goals, target audience, and challenges
* Develop customized brand and marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
* Prepare and present marketing strategies, campaign ideas, and pitch presentations
* Lead client onboarding and set clear project expectations
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
* Coordinate with Creative, Content, Photography, Video, Website, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams
* Translate approved strategies into clear execution briefs for internal teams
* Monitor project execution to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery
* Conduct regular client review meetings and recommend strategy improvements
* Identify opportunities for upselling and growing existing client accounts
* Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
* 4–6+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Brand Strategy, or Digital Marketing
* Agency experience is highly preferred
* Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign planning
* Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills
* Ability to create marketing strategies and confidently present them to clients
* Strong project management and team coordination skills
* Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
