Company Description Mainstreet Studios is a content studio specializing in building successful YouTube channels for creators and brands passionate about growth. With over seven years of experience and more than 1,500 videos produced, we have perfected strategies for creating content that grows audiences and keeps them engaged. About the role This is a client-facing role at its core.
You'll own relationships, manage timelines, drive deliverables, and make sure nothing falls off the track. But it's not just account management in the traditional sense, you need to understand content. Specifically YouTube: how channels grow, what makes a video perform, and how to have an informed conversation with a creator or brand about their strategy.
What you'll own Day-to-day management of creator and brand client accounts Being the primary point of contact โ calls, briefs, feedback loops, approvals Coordinating with internal teams (strategy, scripting, production) to ensure on-time delivery Tracking channel and campaign performance and presenting it to clients in a way that actually makes sense Identifying upsell opportunities and flagging risks before they become problems Keeping projects on track across multiple accounts simultaneously What we're looking for 3โ4 years in account management, brand management, or client servicing - preferably at a digital, content, or creator-focused agency Working knowledge of YouTube: you understand retention, CTR, watch time, and can speak to what's working and what isn't Strong communication: written and verbal. Organized - Multiple clients, multiple deadlines Someone who takes ownership Good to have Experience working with creators Familiarity with Instagram, short-form content, and social media strategy beyond YouTube Exposure to content production workflows Full-time, in-office, Mumbai-based
