Brand Manager EMEA - Neurovascular (Access)

Overview

In this role, you own the EMEA Access portfolio strategy for neurovascular devices, shaping product value and growth. You will lead portfolio planning, branding, pricing and launches, collaborating with local and divisional teams to meet adoption and share targets. You partner with physicians and stroke teams to align evidence and education, driving measurable impact across the market.

• Define and own the EMEA Access business strategy: where to play, how to win, and investment level
• Understand clinical and technical needs of physicians to shape portfolio and strategy
• Develop annual marketing plan and 3–5 year portfolio roadmap
• Manage product lifecycle from launch to phase-out
• Own branding, messaging, pricing based on market and competitive insights
• Lead product launches and ensure market adoption
• Collaborate with divisional teams to grow portfolio through new products and extensions
• Shape stroke pathway strategy with technology and ecosystem partners
• Translate strategy into field-ready plans, tools, and initiatives
• Own metrics: sales, share, price, margin, and brand perception; act quickly on deviations
• Partner with physicians and stroke teams, support Medical Education for evidence and congress presence

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience
• MBA preferred
• 5+ years in medical device or marketing
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines
• Persuasive without formal authority
• Ability to navigate complex interdivisional procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
