Job Description
Role: Branch Manager – Freight Forwarding & Custom Clearance (Air & Ocean) Experience: 6–8 years Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end branch sales and operations, with strong expertise in ocean freight forwarding. Drive business development for FCL/LCL segments with a clear sales-oriented approach. Manage and lead branch team to ensure performance, productivity, and service delivery.
Take complete ownership of branch P&L, including revenue growth and cost control. Supervise day-to-day operational activities ensuring efficiency and compliance. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for seamless execution of shipments.
Mid-sized Indian Logistics Industry preferred Preferred Background: Experience in customs clearance will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, documentation, and regulations.
