Package: £32,000 - £35,000 + Company Car Reports to: Senior Area Operations Manager Indirectly reports to: Operations Director Performance Management – Address underperformance in line with company policies. HR & Compliance – Collaborate with HR on employee relations and disciplinary matters. Operations Oversight – Conduct audits, manage payroll timesheets, and ensure health & safety compliance. Supplies & Logistics – Order consumables and materials via the company’s online system. Detail-Oriented – Strong focus on quality and service excellence. ✔ Valid Driving License – Essential for travel between sites. Previous experience in a multi-site service or facilities management role with a strong client focus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays. Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
