What You’ll Be Responsible For:\nAs Branch Manager, you’ll have full operational responsibility for the South Australian Energy and Contract Logistics business, including:
\nLeading a high-performing operations team across fuel and contract logistics.
\nDriving a culture whereEverybody Safe Every Dayis embedded in everything we do.
\nManaging fleet performance, scheduling, utilisation and operational efficiency.
\nDelivering exceptional customer service while strengthening long-term client relationships.
\nWorking closely with fuel terminals, contractors and key stakeholders.
\nLeading financial performance, budgets, KPIs and profitability.
\nIdentifying opportunities to improve productivity, service delivery and business performance.
\nEnsuring compliance with Dangerous Goods legislation, Chain of Responsibility, fatigue management and company standards.
\nRecruiting, coaching and developing talented operational teams.
\nLeading incident investigations, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:\nYou’re an experienced transport or logistics leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence with people leadership.
You’ll ideally bring:\nSignificant leadership experience within transport, logistics, fuel, energy or dangerous goods.
\nStrong commercial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
\nProven success leading large operational teams in fast-paced environments.
\nA genuine passion for safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\nExperience managing fleet operations and transport scheduling.
\nThe ability to make sound decisions under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer outcomes.
\nExperience within fuel, hazardous chemicals or dangerous goods transport will be highly regarded, however experienced transport leaders from broader logistics environments are encouraged to apply.
