Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vancouver, BC, for a Branch Manager at Nedco. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, managing inventory, optimizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all company policies. Additionally, the Branch Manager will lead and motivate the team, coordinate branch activities, and implement initiatives to improve performance and achieve business goals. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills. Sales and Business Development: Experience in sales planning, achieving targets, and identifying business growth opportunities in the electrical or distribution industry. Operations and Inventory Management: Skilled in managing daily operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring high operational efficiency.
Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer relationship management skills to consistently deliver superior customer experiences. Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions to drive business performance. Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication abilities and strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
