The organisation is focused on quality, innovation, and building services that are clinically robust, compliant, and genuinely person-centred.\n\n Key Responsibilities\n\nHold Registered Manager accountability for a learning disability domiciliary service, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery.\nProvide strategic and operational leadership across geographically dispersed teams, including quality assurance, governance, and on-call oversight.\nDrive service improvement and growth, working with commissioners, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop sustainable services.About You\nCurrent Registered Manager experience within complex care, domiciliary care, or community-based services.\nStrong working knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance frameworks across adult and children’s services.\nProven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary or remote teams within regulated care environments.If you’re considering your next step and want a role with real influence, even if your CV isn’t fully up to date, we’d be pleased to talk.
