About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee multiple branches within Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading a team of 8–10 members, ensuring business growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across all assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches within the assigned city.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 members, driving performance and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational processes.
• Monitor branch performance through KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies.
• Drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability across branches.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality and retention.
• Coordinate with senior management to align branch operations with organizational goals.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectively.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and team development initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in branch/area management or similar leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing multiple branches or business units within a city.
• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate 8–10 members.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive consistent results.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management or related field preferred.
