Branch Manager

We’re hiring an experienced Branch Manager to lead a full-service retail banking branch. This role focuses on driving branch performance, managing a team, ensuring compliance, and growing deposits and revenue . Key Responsibilities Lead daily branch operations and ensure full compliance with regulations Manage, coach, and develop branch staff Drive sales, deposit growth, and business development Handle escalated customer issues and ensure excellent service Oversee branch performance, profitability, and risk controls Must-Haves 7+ years of retail banking experience 5+ years of branch management experience Strong background in sales, business development, and deposit growth Experience managing business and consumer accounts Proven team leadership and branch performance success Proficiency in banking systems + Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally Nice to Have Notary Public certification If you are a detail-oriented operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced banking environment, we would love to connect.
