Overview Aquabella Tile is a nationwide authority of premium porcelain, glass, and stone products primarily used for pool, spa, and backyard entertainment. We specialize in high-quality tile, pavers, and pool finish solutions, serving as a trusted partner for outdoor living transformations. Summary We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented leader to fill the position of Branch Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales growth, customer service excellence, warehouse efficiency, and administrative integrity. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a positive team environment while ensuring the branch meets its financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities Operations & Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including material receiving, inter-warehouse transfers, and customer order fulfillment.
Inventory control: Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and adjustments. Workplace stewardship: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized office, showroom, and warehouse environment. Equipment maintenance: Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained in good and safe working order.
Team development: Act proactively in motivating, guiding, and training the branch team towards customer service excellence. Sales growth: Drive sales growth by strengthening relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. Operational support: Support the sales team by generating inventory reports and keeping price lists up to date.
Customer assistance: Provide expert assistance for customer inquiries regarding pool tile, pavers, and pool finish products. Issue resolution: Resolve complex customer issues related to shipments, shading problems, or damaged materials. Accounts receivable: Manage accounts receivable (A/R) aging and assist with the collection of unpaid accounts.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports for senior management. Credit processing: Supervise the processing of credit memos for returns or shipping errors in accordance with company policy. Qualifications and Skills Experience: Proven management experience in a warehouse, retail, or office environment.
Experience in the tile, stone, or pool industry is highly desired. Leadership: Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team across different departments. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with Dancik or similar ERP software is a plus. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Spanish is a plus. Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally work in various temperature environments (office and warehouse).
Safety: Safely operate a forklift and pallet jack. Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 4:00 pm (approximate), with rotating Saturday mornings required. Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
