BOQ and quantity survey, DPR manager with 3-4 years experience

Role Description BOQ and Cost estimation related to repair and rehabilitation projects Rate analysis of non-DSR items and generating a database of the market rate Product specification and its measurement at the site Site visit for the quantity verification and client visit for the BOQ explanation Qualifications Strong skills in Excel and quantity estimation in Excel and CRM-based software Maximum 3 years of experience Ability to foster organizational culture, resolve conflicts, and support employee engagement initiatives. Bachelor's or diploma in civil engineering, or having experience in quantity surveying Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in HR management software and tools is advantageous. Salary - In the range of 30-35k with medical and accident policies, ESI, EPF, and 5 days + 1 WFH in general with 12 casual + 6 emergency or sick paid leave Location - Delhi, located at Jasola near the Sarita Vihar Metro Station A site visit will be required for the project and quantity estimation for most of the sites in the NCR and 15% of the sites outside the NCR
