Bookkeeper

Growing hospitality group seeking a full-time Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee bookkeeping and financial organization across multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts.

This is an in-person position based in Los Angeles. We are looking for someone highly organized, dependable, and experienced with QuickBooks Online and multi-entity bookkeeping. Restaurant bookkeeping experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing bookkeeping for multiple entities using QuickBooks Online
• Daily bank and credit card reconciliations
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Invoicing and vendor management
• Preparing and maintaining P&Ls and financial reports
• Assisting with credit applications and vendor paperwork
• Maintaining organized financial records and filing systems
• Supporting general administrative office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous bookkeeping experience required
• QuickBooks Online experience required
• Restaurant or hospitality bookkeeping experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and reliable work ethic

Position Details:

• Monday–Friday | 10am–6pm
• Los Angeles Area
