Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: 738 Bridgeway Place, Suite 150, Eagle, Idaho 83616 Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person | Center-Based Base Salary: $80,000β$88,000 Retention Bonus: $5,000 Relocation Assistance: Paid out with your first paycheck Quarterly Bonus Opportunities: Earn up to ~$26,000 annually without PTO penalty Total Earning Potential: High-performing BCBAs may exceed $100,000 annually through a combination of competitive base salary, quarterly bonus opportunities, retention incentives, and ongoing investment in professional development and clinical support.
