Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Feeding Specialist

Job Description This is a full time position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Feeding Specialist. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience in feeding disorders (e.g.

ARFID). As a BCBA/Feeding specialist you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, providing clinical oversight and delivery of services by conducting one-on-one in home feeding sessions. Duties Conduct FBAs, provide clinical oversight and case consultation Deliver advanced written and verbal analysis for reports and medical collaboration Partner with team members to foster a collaborative and supportive environment Support families from assessment through discharge with high quality care and caregiver training Conduct one-on-one in home feeding sessions Render 80 billable hours per month Qualifications Strong ABA and clinical expertise Experience with feeding disorders and severe maladaptive behaviors Advanced data analysis, graphing skills, and case conceptualization Excellent written and verbal communication Strong time management and organizational skills Deep understanding of BCBA ethical guidelines A collaborative, reliable, and service-oriented mindset Bilingual skills (a plus!)
