Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. Position Details Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week Start Date: August 2026 Location: In-person, Maywood-Melrose Park-Broadview School District 89 Role Focus: Coach and support school staff; Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs); Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self‑injurious behaviors; Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams; Set and support academic and behavioral goals; Create teacher‑friendly data collection systems; Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders; This role does not include RBT supervision.
