Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Compensation and Benefits Total Compensation Package from $84,000 to $117,670 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees. Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Monthly Performance Bonuses: uncapped for impact. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay.

Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages available to ease transition expenses. 401(k) with Company Match. Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days. Manageable Caseloads: up to 8 children.

Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director > Regional Clinical Director Training & Development: Mentor & train clinicians in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes.
