BMW Central Coast, proudly recognised as BMW’s Provincial Dealer of the Year, is seeking experienced and motivated BMW Technicians and Senior Technicians to join our growing workshop team.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will work alongside a team of highly skilled BMW and MINI technicians within our modern Somersby workshop.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out scheduled maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on BMW and MINI vehicles

  • Performing accurate fault diagnosis using BMW diagnostic equipment and technology

  • Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally

  • Following BMW repair procedures, technical standards, and dealership processes

  • Maintaining communication with Workshop Controllers, Workshop Managers, and Service Advisors throughout the repair process

  • Supporting a positive and collaborative workshop culture

  • Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues (Senior Technician level)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Automotive trade qualifications and relevant industry experience

  • Experience working with BMW, MINI, European, or premium automotive brands (highly desirable)

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail

  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

  • Ability to follow structured processes and manufacturer repair procedures

  • Current Australian Driver Licence

  • Motor Vehicle Repairer Licence / Tradesperson Certificate

  • Full unrestricted Australian working rights

For the Senior Technician position, additional experience in:

  • Complex diagnostics

  • Technical problem solving

  • Supporting and mentoring other technicians

will be highly regarded.
