BIM Architect

We're Hiring | Architects / BIM Architects | Ahmedabad We are expanding our team in Ahmedabad and are looking for 5–8 talented Architects/BIM Architects with 5–10+ years of experience to join us. Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 5–10+ Years Openings: 5–8 Positions ⏳ Notice Period:Immediate Joiners Only Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and coordinate architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit . Prepare construction documentation, working drawings, and detailed design deliverables.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless design coordination. Participate in clash detection, model reviews, and project coordination meetings. Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project quality, and timely delivery.

Key Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch). B.Arch is mandatory. 5–10 years of relevant experience in Architecture and BIM. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD .

Experience working on residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or healthcare projects. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Candidates from Civil Engineering or B.Tech backgrounds will not be considered.
