Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Process and issue invoices accurately and on time for all products and services rendered. Review work orders, service tickets, and contracts to ensure accurate billing details. Track payments, monitor customer accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Work closely with service and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure billing accuracy. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and customer communications.
Assist with daily cash reconciliation, payment posting, and bank deposits. Support internal audits and month-end closing processes by providing timely billing reports and documentation. Participate in ongoing training, follow company policies, and maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial data.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Skills, Education associate's degree in accounting or business preferred. Prior experience in billing, AR, or administrative roles preferred (not required).
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with billing/accounting software a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional communication and customer service skills.
