Vegas Stronger is a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the challenges of addiction and the opiate epidemic in the Las Vegas community. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Las Vegas, NV, for a Biller - Revenue Cycle Manager. The role involves managing the billing and revenue cycle processes, ensuring the financial health of the organization by handling medical coding, claim submissions, and resolving denials. The candidate will work closely with managed care processes, oversee accounts, track payments, and implement strategies to streamline billing operations while optimizing revenue. This position will require strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective management of billing staff and processes.
Qualifications Proficiency in Behavioral Revenue Cycle Management, including processing claims, tracking payments, and overseeing accounts receivable Experience with Behavioral Health Practice Management and workflows to optimize operational efficiency Knowledge and ability to identify, analyze, and resolve Denials with thorough attention to detail Comprehensive understanding of Medical Coding and billing practices Familiarity with Managed Care operations and policies Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in health management software and billing tools Bachelorβs degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in revenue cycle operations Experience in a nonprofit or healthcare setting is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
