Join our Customer Experience team as a Service Provider, where you'll be the first point of contact for Neo's customers. Your role involves providing top-notch support across various channels and building meaningful relationships with our customers. You'll be:

Work a minimum of 25 hours per week (you can easily schedule yourself for more hours if you want)

Set your own flexible schedule between Monday to Sunday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time)²

1+ year of customer-facing experience
