Bilingual Apartment Leasing Agent – Immediate Opening
Location: Sun Valley, NV 89433
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM

Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Bilingual Apartment Leasing Agent to join an affordable housing apartment community. We’re looking for someone with strong leasing and customer service skills who understands the unique requirements of affordable housing and can communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents.

What You'll Do:

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and provide information about available apartment homes.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up with prospects, and assist applicants throughout the leasing process.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and maintain accurate resident and prospect files.
• Assist with affordable housing compliance, including income verification, eligibility documentation, and required certifications/recertifications.
• Communicate with residents and prospects in both English and Spanish.
• Prepare leases, renewals, notices, and other required property documentation.
• Assist with rent collection, resident questions, and general administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate information in property management software and ensure files are organized and compliant.
• Work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to provide excellent resident service.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous apartment leasing or property management experience required.
• Previous affordable housing experience required, such as Tax Credit/LIHTC, Section 8, Section 42, or other regulated housing programs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.
• Comfortable reviewing income documentation and maintaining detailed resident files.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio, or similar platforms preferred.
• Dependable, organized, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced leasing office.
