As the Senior Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bid process from prequalification through to submission with a focus on the first stage, ensuring a high standard of quality and compliance throughout. Lead the bid process for a range of projects, managing all stages from initial prequalification to final submission. Collaborate with senior management, commercial teams, and technical specialists to ensure bids are competitive and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Produce high-quality, persuasive bid documentation, ensuring all submissions meet client requirements, are commercially viable, and align with the company’s standards.

Develop detailed bid strategies, risk management plans, and win themes to maximise the chances of success. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and sub-contractors, throughout the bidding process. Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Manager, ideally with a Tier 1 or major contractor in the construction sector.
