BI Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst Location: Bristol City Centre (Office-based, 5 days per week) Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per year Responsibilities Collaborating: Defining KPIs with senior managers and communicating data‑driven concepts across departments Developing: Building internal and external reports in Power BI and SQL to help colleagues understand performance and drive change Analysing: Planning and executing ad‑hoc analytical projects using SQL and Excel Consulting: Providing technical advice as the resident database expert and contributing to SQL and report reviews Required skills Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI Advanced Excel and Power Query Ability to write and optimise DAX Solid understanding of database and data‑model design Desirable skills Python or Apache Airflow SSRS / Power BI Report Builder Experience with automation tools Who you are A problem‑solver with a curious mindset.
