The Role: Leadership & Expertise We are looking for a professional who balances the refinement of a Sommelier with the operational know-how of a seasoned Manager. You will be a primary leader on the floor, ensuring our guests receive the high-touch service they expect, while assisting in maintaining the operations of a high-volume business. Management Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a dedicated staff, continuing a culture of excellence and education Beverage Program: Oversee all aspects (organization, ordering, inventory, cost, etc.) of the wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage programs Operational Precision: Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining healthy cost of goods (COGS) High-Volume Excellence: We are an extremely busy local destination, operating 7 days a week, including a fast-paced Monday through Friday lunch service Community Connection: Maintain a strong presence on the floor to cultivate relationships with our deep-rooted local clientele ​The Profile: ​ Credentialed: Level 2 (Certified) Sommelier via CMS or equivalent is required ​ Experience: 2+ years of management experience in a high-end or fine-dining environment ​ Operational Skills: Solid understanding of floor management, labor control, and guest relations ​ Technical Proficiency: Experience with standard POS systems, reservation platforms, and inventory software The Compensation Package: Competitive Base Salary Management Performance Bonus Dedicated Beverage Program Bonus Full Comprehensive Insurance: 100% coverage for health, dental, and vision.
