As part of our rapid expansion across the United States, with new locations planned, we are seeking experienced Beverage Managers to join our growing team. This role is critical in building a strong beverage program and supporting operational excellence as we scale.
The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all bar and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality drink execution, consistent standards, and an elevated guest experience. This role leads bar staff, manages beverage inventory and cost controls, and partners with restaurant leadership to develop innovative and profitable beverage programs. The Beverage Manager plays a key role in maintaining service excellence, driving beverage sales, and supporting overall restaurant performance.

Employer Contribution for individuals medical insurance 401(k) Plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Dining allowance Possible Locations: Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley, West Covina, Irvine, Garden Grove, Anaheim, Los Angeles County, Orange County Job Responsibilities Beverage Operations & Execution Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service, proper drink execution, and a high level of guest satisfaction. Uphold and enforce beverage recipes, presentation standards, and service guidelines.
Ensure consistency and quality across all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage offerings. Collaborate with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow and timely drink delivery. Menu Development & Innovation Develop and maintain beverage menus, including cocktails, specialty drinks, and seasonal offerings.
Analyze trends and guest preferences to introduce new and innovative beverage options. Partner with leadership on pricing strategies to optimize profitability and competitiveness. Inventory, Cost Control & Compliance Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.
Monitor pour costs, waste, comps, and variances; implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, health regulations, and company policies. Maintain proper storage, handling, and rotation of all beverage products.
Leadership, Coaching & Team Development Supervise and develop bar staff, including bartenders and bar support team members. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality within the bar team.
Staffing, Scheduling & Training Create and manage bar staff schedules based on business needs and labor targets. Ensure proper staffing levels for daily operations, peak periods, and special events. Lead training programs to ensure consistent drink execution, service standards, and compliance.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence Ensure bar guests receive prompt, knowledgeable, and engaging service. Handle guest concerns related to beverage service in a professional and timely manner. Support VIP service, special events, and elevated guest experiences as needed.
Qualifications 3+ years of bar or beverage leadership experience (e.g., Bar Manager, Lead Bartender) in high-volume or upscale dining environments Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage trends Experience with inventory management and cost control Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Experience with POS systems and inventory management tools Responsible Beverage Service certification (or equivalent) preferred Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
