Zing Health offers members the ability to personalize their plans, access to facilities designed to help them better meet their healthcare needs and a dedicated care team. Description The Medicare Benefit Consultant role is a full-time field sales position based in Chicago, IL.

In this role, you will represent Zing Medicare Advantage plans that go beyond traditional coverage - focusing on Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNPs) tailored for members with specific health conditions. It is a mission driven opportunity to work closely with underserved populations through community-based marketing, event outreach, and provider partnerships. You will work to foster community-based relationships, drive self-generated sales, while working independently.

We will provide access to specialized training, localized support, and a portfolio designed to deliver real value to those who need it most. This is a salary and commissioned based position with renewal opportunities available. Responsibilities Present and enroll eligible individuals in Zing Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, with a focus on Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNPs), through compliant, needs-based selling.

Build relationships within the community by attending health fairs, local events, clinics, faith-based organizations, and senior centers to generate leads and build trust. Execute community-based marketing strategies, including setting up informational events, hosting educational seminars, and developing partnerships with local communities and providers. Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up, relationship-building, and proactive outreach.

Ensure all enrollment and marketing activities comply with CMS guidelines and company policies. Maintain a strategic schedule for outreach and follow-up within assigned geographic territory to meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Serve as a trusted resource to help new members navigate the plan benefits and ensure a positive onboarding experience for retention management.

Accurately document all sales activities, lead interactions, and follow-ups using the company’s CRM tools. Qualifications High School diploma or GED (degree preferred) Active Illinois Health and Accident Producer’s License Proof of a valid driver’s license Proof of current auto insurance coverage per state law Previous field sales experience (two or more years, preferably Medicare sales) Complete and pass Medicare sales training Conduct face-to-face interactions for appointment and enrollment purposes Effectively present Zing MA plans using approved presentation materials both in-home and seminar settings Strong communications and interpersonal skills Work weekends as assigned Pass the annual Medicare certification requirements during training and annually Reside within the assigned territory Travel throughout Illinois service area for marketing engagement and sales opportunities Performs related administrative duties as assigned Additional Information Associates and/or bachelor’s degree preferred Bilingual (Spanish) desired, not required Mandatory attendance during the Medicare Sales Training Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Supplemental insurance (i.e., critical illness, accident, identity protection, pet) 401(K) Paid-Time-Off (accrued at 4.62 hours per pay period) 9 Company Holidays Employer paid life insurance ($50,000 flat) #J-18808-Ljbffr
