Job Title: Bench Sales Manager / Bench Sales Operations Manager Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, Onsite Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Bench Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of 20 Bench Sales Engineers/Recruiters in a fast-paced IT staffing and consulting environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end bench sales and candidate marketing lifecycle, ensuring process compliance, team productivity, successful placements, and overall operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, process management, vendor coordination, candidate handling, interview preparation oversight, and performance-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Operations Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20 Bench Sales Engineers/Recruiters. Drive daily team performance, submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue goals. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and process audits.

Monitor recruiter activities, vendor interactions, and submission quality. Ensure discipline, accountability, and adherence to company SOPs. End-to-End Candidate Marketing Process Management Oversee the complete bench sales lifecycle from candidate onboarding to project placement.

Review and validate resumes, LinkedIn profiles, project details, and candidate documentation. Ensure alignment between resume, LinkedIn, visa documents, and candidate introductions. Coordinate internal screenings and approval processes before marketing.

Ensure candidates are fully prepared for interviews, vendor calls, and client discussions. Vendor & Client Management Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. Guide the team in identifying quality requirements and submission strategies.

Ensure timely follow-ups with vendors regarding interview feedback and offers. Escalate critical issues related to submissions, interviews, or placements when necessary. Candidate Training & Interview Readiness Coordinate with internal trainers and marketing teams to improve candidate presentation.

Ensure candidates receive mock interview preparation and project explanation guidance. Monitor candidate communication quality and technical presentation skills. Drive confidence-building sessions and real-time scenario-based coaching.

Process Compliance & Quality Control Ensure all team members follow company workflows, documentation standards, and compliance procedures. Maintain high-quality resume standards with accurate timelines and realistic project experience. Prevent discrepancies in candidate information, documentation, and marketing profiles.

Ensure proper tracking and reporting through internal systems, Google Sheets, ATS, or CRM tools. Reporting & Performance Metrics Track daily submissions, interviews, placements, and conversion ratios. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for management.

Analyze team productivity and implement improvement strategies. Monitor aging bench consultants and create targeted marketing strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Bench Sales, IT Staffing, or Bench Sales Operations.

Minimum 5+ years of experience managing a team. Strong understanding of US IT staffing processes, visa types, vendor management, and recruitment lifecycle. Experience handling H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC candidates.

Strong knowledge of resume marketing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of job portals, ATS tools, and vendor networks. Preferred Qualifications Experience handling large bench teams in the US staffing industry. Strong vendor network and implementation partner relationships.

Knowledge of compliance, onboarding, and documentation processes. Experience managing performance metrics and operational reporting.
