Base pay range At Beluga Rox, we are looking for a Behaviour Analyst to work with our clients’ services across the North of England and Wales.

Key Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our clients’ team. In this role, you will be working creatively and flexibly as part of a multi-disciplinary wrap-around team.
Be responsible for developing and undertaking functional behavioural assessments and complex Positive Behaviour Support plans and implementing effective behaviour and quality of life support for individuals with behaviours that challenge. Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for those you support. Use your expertise in behaviour analysis to guide clients towards achieving their personal goals.
What You Need For This Role Must hold a current Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification. Proven experience in developing and implementing behaviour intervention plans. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
