Barista

The Blue Warbler is a brand new restaurant that is searching for experienced Baristas to join our team. Our menu features modern eclectic dishes refined with modern technique using the highest quality ingredients. We take pride in turning out medium volume food with finesse and consistency of an upscale restaurant.  

 

We are looking for a reliable Barista to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Craft cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, cortados, and more to guest specifications 
• Execute a high quality of product while working quickly, efficiently, and cleanly
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning on commercial espresso and coffee machines
• Maintain a clean and organized area
• Greet guests and deliver warm, overwhelmingly genuine hospitality
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of third wave coffee standards and procedures strongly preferred, as well as capacity for simple but elegant foam art

There may be an opportunity for a Barista Shift Lead role, which will be discussed in interviews.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($15.00 - $18.00)
