Bar Manager

Rolf and Daughters is currently hiring an experienced Bar Manager that is proactive, dependable, and creative. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Hiring and training bar staff Ordering liquor Control liquor costs Inventory Educating FOH staff Design and execute seasonal cocktail menus Work behind the bar 3-4 shifts a week Help create social media content Assist FOH management with closing duties Experience in Bar Management is required Rolf and Daughters is a neighborhood restaurant focusing on seasonal produce, handmade pastas, well executed cocktails and an ever-evolving natural wine list. The restaurant is located in the historic Germantown neighborhood in Nashville, TN.
