Responsibilities: - Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for all guests - Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver high-quality service - Effective communicator and intermediate wine knowledge - Advanced spirit knowledge and understanding paired with a seasoned palate is a plus - Build and develop a unique bar program through innovation and creativity - Maintain a well-organized and efficient bar operation through clear and concise systems - Collaborate with the management team to enhance overall guest experience Qualifications: - Proven experience in a leadership role within the bar industry - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to train and develop staff effectively - Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday - Passion for working behind the bar and creating unique drink experiences If you are a passionate and creative individual with a strong commitment to excellence in both customer service and staff training, we want to hear from you.
