Backend GoLang Developer

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Backend GoLang Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Go. The ideal candidate is a hands-on coder with strong expertise in concurrent programming, distributed systems, and a mindset geared toward leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate development and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain REST and gRPC APIs using Go • Build scalable microservices with a focus on concurrency and performance • Write optimized SQL queries and improve database performance • Strong proficiency in REST APIs and Microservice design • Implement asynchronous/background processing using goroutines and channels • Integrate caching solutions like Redis for performance optimization • Implement JWT/OAuth-based authentication and role-based authorization • Handle exception management, logging, debugging, and production issue resolution • Optimize APIs for scalability, reliability, and high concurrency • Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for integration and deployment • Follow best practices in clean coding, security, and backend architecture Good to Have • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD • Knowledge of Microservices Architecture • Exposure to Kafka / RabbitMQ / NATS • Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP • Experience with Go frameworks like Gin, Echo, or Fiber
