THE ROLE We are hiring a Backend Engineer to build the core server-side systems powering VoiseTech's adtech stack. You will work on ad serving logic, real-time auction mechanics, bidstream processing, and API integrations across our SSP and DSP - systems that handle millions of ad decisions per day. This is a high-ownership role with meaningful technical scope from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO – Design and build scalable backend services and APIs for the VoiseTech platform – Develop and optimise real-time data pipelines and bidstream processing systems – Integrate with third-party adtech platforms and data providers – Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code – Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams on end-to-end delivery WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR – Strong proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or Node.js – Experience with RESTful and GraphQL API design – Solid grasp of distributed systems, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and caching (Redis) – Comfortable with SQL and NoSQL databases — PostgreSQL, MongoDB – Working knowledge of AWS and Docker/Kubernetes – Familiarity with RTB, OpenRTB, or SSP/DSP architecture is a plus QUALIFICATIONS B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
