Role Description The Back Office Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik. This role involves managing day-to-day office operations, including data entry, record maintenance, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. The Back Office Executive will support sales and finance activities by preparing reports, processing invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with customer and vendor communication.
Responsibilities also include handling email and phone correspondence, organizing files, updating internal systems, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Candidates should possess skills in Back Office Operations and Office Operations to manage documentation, data entry, and administrative workflows efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to handle internal coordination, email and phone correspondence, and basic client or vendor interactions.
- Candidates should possess Sales support skills to assist with preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with the sales team.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to support invoicing, payment tracking, basic bookkeeping, and report preparation.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in MS Office tools, familiarity with ERP or CRM systems, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow structured processes.
- Preferred educational background includes a diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in back office or administrative roles.
