Backend Developer (2–3 Years Experience) Location: Coimbatore / Chennai (In-Office) Type: Full-Time Industry: WealthTech / BFSI / SaaS Startup About Klickkit Klickkit is a WealthTech product company building smart, execution-focused CRMs for Wealth Managers and Financial Professionals. We are a vertically integrated platform designed specifically for the BFSI sector — covering everything from client onboarding and portfolio tracking to workflows and compliance. We don’t build generic tools — we build products that reflect how wealth management actually operates.

Role Overview We’re looking for a Backend Developer with 2–3 years of experience who wants to build real-world products in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll work closely with engineers and product teams to design, develop, and scale backend systems powering our applications. Tech Stack Core: Python, Django / Flask / FastAPI, PostgreSQL, REST APIs Bonus: ReactJS, Docker, AWS / GCP / Azure Key Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs Design RESTful APIs with performance and security best practices Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless API integration Write clean, modular, and testable code Debug, optimise, and improve backend performance Participate in code reviews and sprint planning Contribute to internal tools and documentation Requirements 2–3 years of backend development experience Strong proficiency in Python Experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI Solid understanding of REST architecture & HTTP protocols Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) Familiarity with Git and version control workflows Strong problem-solving and learning mindset Good to Have Experience with ReactJS Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman) Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth, etc.) Exposure to Docker / Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Personal or open-source projects What You’ll Get Ownership of production-level backend systems Mentorship from experienced engineers Exposure to scalable system design Fast growth in a high-impact startup environment How to Apply Apply via LinkedIn and email your application to [email protected] with: Your updated resume GitHub profile / portfolio Links to relevant backend or API projects We review code — so make sure you showcase what you’ve built.
