Back End Developer

Ensure that impact assessments are done thoroughly on the end -to-end impact of the works being delivered. Non -functional impact and operational impact to the support or the impact to the business operations should be imperative part of the assessments.

• Help junior team members in finding solutions to technical problems encountered and to leverage on the native functionalities of Azure when it comes to solutioning.

• Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities to meet SLAs and follow processes.

• Manage priority incidents and leverage cross -functional teams to understand the impact and address them.

• Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take initiative -taking actions.

• Develop and/or improve the applications in line with functional requirements and specifications.

• Follow coding best practices and ensure that the development works comply with the best practice guidelines.

• Identify key problem areas within the application and suggest improvements.

• Conduct Peer code reviews of the application and provide feedback to other team members to optimize the code/solution.

• Develop and maintain documentation on specifications, design, and test analysis results according to standards and ensure filing of relevant information in the filing system.

• Develop and integrate applications on Azure services.

• Comply with OWASP Top 10 and other security standards for software development and resolve security vulnerabilities to minimize the risk exposures.
