Company Overview Avora Water is an India-based sustainable beverage packaging company. We package drinking water in 100% recyclable cartons, enabling brands to showcase eco-friendly hydration across hospitality, events, retail and beyond. Our carton bottles (74% paperboard, 21% PE, 5% aluminium) drastically cut carbon emissions – about 86% less than conventional PET bottles – without compromising quality.
We partner with hotels, corporate offices, and event venues, providing fully custom-branded water solutions that reinforce our clients’ commitment to sustainability. Role Summary As a B2B Sales & Business Development Executive at Avora Water, you will lead sales efforts for our sustainable water packaging. You’ll identify and engage potential business clients (hotels, offices, events, wellness centers), pitch Avora’s eco-friendly carton water, and negotiate deals.
The role requires meeting ambitious sales targets, managing client accounts, and collaborating internally (marketing, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for sustainability. Key Responsibilities New Business: Identify and pursue new B2B clients in target sectors – especially hospitality, wellness, corporate campuses, and events.
Sales Process: Lead end-to-end sales cycle: generate leads, conduct presentations of Avora products, and close deals with corporate and institutional customers. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (hotels, offices, event organizers), acting as their primary point of contact and adviser on hydration solutions. Custom Solutions: Work with marketing/design teams to create branded proposals and sample packaging for clients; ensure each presentation highlights Avora’s sustainability benefits.
Collaboration: Coordinate with operations/fulfillment to manage orders, delivery schedules, and account onboarding. Provide client feedback to improve products and packaging. Market Insights: Monitor industry and competitor trends in hospitality and sustainable packaging; use insights to refine Avora’s sales strategies and messaging.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback. Regularly update CRM and share progress towards targets with leadership.
