Our product range includes period panties, reusable cloth pads, biodegradable pads, pantyliners, intimate hygiene products, and OEM/private-label solutions. We're looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial B2B Growth Manager to build and scale Fabpad's B2B vertical from Hyderabad โ someone who thinks like an operator, sells like a closer, and builds like a growth leader.
The Role This is a founder-facing, high-ownership position responsible for driving B2B sales, institutional partnerships, distributor growth, corporate outreach, private-label enquiries, and wholesale expansion โ across domestic and international markets. For strong performers, this role comes with an ESOP track. What You'll Do B2B Sales & Business Development Identify, approach, and convert B2B customers โ distributors, wholesalers, retailers, schools, colleges, NGOs, hospitals, corporates, government bodies, export buyers, and private-label brands Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline across domestic and international markets Pitch Fabpad's product range via calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, meetings, trade platforms, and product samples Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, packaging requirements, and order timelines Channel & Market Expansion Develop new sales channels across Hyderabad, Telangana, South India, pan-India, and international B2B markets Explore opportunities through IndiaMART, LinkedIn, Alibaba, export platforms, corporate wellness programs, NGO networks, school programs, hospitals, and exhibitions Study competitor pricing, buyer requirements, and category trends to sharpen Fabpad's B2B positioning Marketing & Outreach Execute outreach campaigns via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, trade portals, and direct calls Develop sales decks, catalogues, brochures, pricing sheets, proposals, and pitch material Support trade marketing initiatives, partnership campaigns, and institutional menstrual hygiene programs Client Relationship Management Manage end-to-end B2B client communication from first enquiry through to repeat order Coordinate sampling, quotations, payment follow-ups, order confirmations, and dispatch updates Convert one-time buyers into repeat accounts and long-term strategic partners Reporting & Growth Systems Maintain daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, meetings, proposals, conversions, and revenue Build a structured CRM-style tracking system for pipeline health, conversion rates, and follow-up cycles Work directly with founders on growth strategy, sales targets, and new market opportunities What We're Looking For Must-Have Strong B2B sales, business development, or institutional sales experience Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Ability to generate leads independently and follow up with consistency Comfortable with cold calling, email and WhatsApp outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and client meetings Solid understanding of pricing, margins, buyer psychology, and sales funnels Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM-style tracking tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and at home in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Experience in FMCG, personal care, hygiene, textiles, healthcare, women's wellness, D2C, exports, or institutional sales Prior exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, trade portals, or exhibitions South India market development experience is a strong advantage How Performance Is Measured Monthly B2B revenue generated Qualified leads added and pipeline value created Outreach volume โ calls, messages, and client meetings Proposals and quotations sent Lead-to-order conversion rate and repeat order rate New distributors, institutional buyers, and private-label accounts onboarded What You'll Get Competitive fixed salary with performance-linked incentives ESOP track eligibility for high-performing, long-term contributors Direct access to founders and involvement in strategic decisions End-to-end exposure across domestic sales, export, private label, and institutional partnerships A meaningful role in scaling sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions across India and beyond How to Apply Send your resume to [email protected] with the subject line: Application for B2B Growth Manager โ Hyderabad ๎ป๎น๎
