Keyrus is looking for a B2B E-commerce Solution Consultant to support one of our client engagements around the design and scoping of a B2B e-commerce platform. The role will focus on understanding business needs, defining functional and technical requirements, assessing platform options, and shaping a clear solution roadmap for a scalable B2B e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Lead business and technical discovery workshops with client stakeholders.

Gather and structure requirements across B2B e-commerce, customer journeys, product catalogue, pricing, order management, integrations and operational workflows. Assess the client’s current systems, data flows and platform landscape. Define functional and technical scope for the future B2B e-commerce platform.

Support platform design, solution architecture discussions and implementation planning. Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, integration requirements and solution documentation. Work closely with business teams, IT teams, vendors and delivery stakeholders.

Identify key risks, dependencies, assumptions and resourcing needs for the project. Contribute to roadmap, effort estimation and implementation approach. Required Experience Strong experience in B2B e-commerce platform design, scoping or implementation.

Good understanding of e-commerce processes: product catalogue, customer accounts, pricing, promotions, checkout, order management, fulfillment and customer service. Experience with platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce / Magento, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, commerce tools or similar. Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.

Experience defining requirements, solution scope, user stories, process flows and integration needs. Understanding of integrations with ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, payment, logistics or customer service systems. Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Prior consulting experience. Experience in regional / multi-country e-commerce projects. Knowledge of B2B portals, distributor platforms, dealer networks or enterprise customer self-service platforms.

Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, logistics or industrial sectors.
