Daily Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Assist with order processing and entry
• Provide support to customers with product information and troubleshooting

Required Skills:

• Call center experience with a focus on one call resolution
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Experience in order processing and check cashing
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
