B2B Account Manager / Project Manager 100% Remote

This Account Manager / Project Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with 2‑4 years of agency experience who is ready to take on more responsibility.

You will be instrumental in managing client relationships, driving project success, and ensuring we deliver high‑quality work on time and on budget. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients.

Collaborate with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts and add value. Conduct regular client check‑ins and performance reviews.

Project Management (PM) Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. content, design, paid media) and ensure deadlines are met. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. Run internal and external project meetings, ensuring clear communication and action items.

Ensure all project deliverables meet our high standards of quality. You have 2‑4 years of experience in an agency or similar B2B marketing environment. You have a solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics (e.g., content marketing, lead generation, paid media).
